The Platform enables users to discover aligned collaborators, manage projects, communicate, share files, and organise workflows in one place.

• Name and account details • Email address • Username and profile information • Portfolio content and uploaded media • Messages and communication within the Platform • Project information and collaboration activity • Device, browser, IP address, and analytics information • Support requests and feedback submissions • Payment preference information voluntarily submitted by Freelancers
During Sociallome’s current growth phase, payments between users are arranged directly off-platform.
Freelancers may choose to provide preferred payment information within their account settings, including:
• Preferred payment method • PayPal details • Wise information • Stripe identifiers • Limited bank transfer information
This information is collected solely to support collaboration and facilitate direct payments between users.

• Sociallome does not process payments • Sociallome does not hold funds • Sociallome does not act as an escrow service • Sociallome does not store payment card information
